This page outlines how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered — along with what to expect when your ingredients arrive.
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed during standard business hours: Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).
- Orders placed before 1pm are typically processed the same day.
- Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days after being placed.
- You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking links as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
- Please allow 2–3 working days for delivery within the UK.
UK Shipping Information
- FREE Mainland UK Shipping on all orders over £100 (ex VAT).
- Orders under £100 (ex VAT) will have shipping calculated at checkout based on package weight and delivery location.
- Our primary courier is FedEx, offering a tracked, signed-for service to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- New courier options are coming soon to provide more delivery flexibility.
Next Day & Bulk Shipments
- Next Day / Express Delivery refers to the next working day from the point of dispatch, not the day after your order is placed — especially for orders placed post 1pm.

Bulk or large-volume orders (e.g. pallets, drums) will be shipped using alternative trusted couriers to ensure safe handling. If your order is processed this way:
- We will contact you directly to organise delivery timing.
- You will still receive tracking details via email.
- The courier may also contact you directly to arrange delivery and provide updates.
Holidays & Delivery Delays
- We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or UK bank holidays.
- Please allow additional time during public holidays, busy seasonal periods, or during courier disruptions due to weather or other delays.
International Shipping Information
- We offer worldwide shipping via FedEx and other leading international courier services.
- Most international orders placed during working hours are dispatched next day.
- Standard delivery times are 3–5 business days, though customs clearance and additional checks may extend this in some countries.
- Full tracking information is provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
Customs, Duties & International Charges
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and product type.
- Duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in your order total and may be payable on delivery.
- FedEx or the assigned courier will contact you directly for any import charges or customs fees required.
What to expect - Packaging Designed with Purpose
We carefully select packaging based on the ingredient type and volume, balancing safety, usability, and sustainability wherever possible.
Packaging types include:
- Amber Glass Bottles – Used for essential oils, cold-pressed and refined oils, and absolutes under 1kg to protect contents from light and maintain quality.
- Aluminium Flasks – Commonly used for 500ml and 1kg volumes of essential oils. Lightweight and durable.
- Recyclable Plastic Bottles – Typically used for carrier oils, infusions, and waters in 250ml–500ml sizes. Practical and robust.
- Resealable Pouches & Tubs – Ideal for butters, waxes, gels, exfoliants, and cosmetic bases in 250g–1kg volumes.
- Heavy-Duty Jerry Cans & Buckets – Used for large or bulk volume ingredients, selected for safety and stability during transport.
To minimise waste and optimise shipping, we may combine smaller quantities into fewer containers while ensuring the total volume ordered remains the same.
In the Box
- All products are hand-picked, poured, and packed with care by our UK team.
- We use minimal filling material, and where required, we use recyclable or biodegradable options.
- All liquids are double-sealed where appropriate, and fragile items are cushioned to prevent damage during transit.

Damaged or Missing Items
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit or something is missing:
- Please contact us via the contact form on our website within 48 hours of delivery.
- We’ll investigate and resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Returns Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of our ingredients, we do not accept returns on oils or raw materials once opened.
If there is a fault, discrepancy, or issue with your order, we will always work with you to resolve it fairly and quickly.
